Nevada laws require that out-of-state (foreign filed) owners of Nevada corporations maintain a resident agent (RA) within Nevada’s borders. Nevada Bank Account
NCH has made it as simple as possible for you to open a bank account without ever setting foot in Nevada! Every Nevada corporation should have a bank account in Nevada to establish a tangible presence in the state. NCH will send you signature cards and bank documentation. Once you return them, we’ll deliver the documents personally to one of Nevada’s select banks. Your temporary checks will then be forwarded to you immediately.

Federal Tax Identification
All new corporations must obtain a federal tax identification number.  NCH will obtain and file all necessary paperwork you’ll need to receive your tax ID number.  For your convenience, a copy of your application will be enclosed in your corporate record book with comprehensive handling instructions.
