Come to Vegas and Leave a Double Winner
Pool Partiers Do Business Before They Go Off the Deep End
Las Vegas – July 10, 2007 – GenXers who make a splash at those now notorious Hard Rock Sunday morning pool gatherings have at last discovered that it pays to party. Hip, entrepreneurial men and women are coming to Vegas first to do business and then to let the good times roll. First stop? Nevada Corporate Headquarters, Inc. (NCH) to incorporate their businesses, from REITs to law groups.
"We've seen an increase in young entrepreneurs from all over the country who own their own businesses and understand that Nevada is the most advantageous place to form a corporation," said Cort Christie, founder of Nevada Corporate Headquarters.
Christie says that combining business with pleasure has always been the American way. But with the rise in small, home-based and Internet businesses along with Las Vegas partying, the 25 – 50 crowd has figured out how to do this most profitably. Nevada's pro-business climate makes sense to a demographic that is smart, entrepreneurial, fun loving and chronically stretched for time. "Our incorporating process addresses each of those aspects, which is a good reason why it has become so popular," Christie added.
Revelers in the know understand the advantages of incorporating in Nevada.
A few things they like?
- There is no minimum initial capital requirement to incorporate in Nevada.
- Nevada has no annual corporate fees.
- Nevada is the "asset protection capital of the country" thanks to the state's Corporation Code
- Nevada has no personal income tax, state corporate tax, franchise tax or tax on corporate shares.
Everyone likes the fact that they're not alone in traveling to Nevada to secure their future.
"Over 80 percent of the corporations we organize are formed by people who live outside of Nevada," said Christie, who added that more than 5,000 corporations are formed in the state each month. "We're forecasting more than 60,000 in 2008 as word spreads among the cabana crowd at the parties."
What's also attractive about incorporating in Nevada is the time frame; it lends itself to one of those long weekend trips. Said Christie, "In most cases, NCH can form a corporation within two to four business days. What's more, new business name checks for the corporation can be issued within 60 seconds."
But perhaps the best part? "Our headquarters are a block away from the Strip," laughed Christie. "It doesn't get any easier than that."
