Derek Rowley is the co-founder of Nevada Corporate Headquarters, Inc. (NCH), the premier business formation and small business consulting firm in Nevada, which offers business formation services in all 50 states. Mr. Rowley also founded Corporate Service Center, Inc., located in Reno. He is currently president of Superior Capital Corporation, the holding company that owns Nevada Corporate Headquarters, Inc., Corporate Service Center, Inc., Integrated Tax Solutions, Inc., and other businesses.
Mr. Rowley has worked to promote the benefits of Nevada business and incorporation laws since 1987, longer than any other individual involved in this industry. He is also a leading business author. His best-selling book the Nevada Corporation Handbook, which he first published in 1994, has sold over 25,000 copies in eight printings and is considered the primary authority on Nevada entities.
Since 2002, Mr. Rowley has served as the president of the Nevada Registered Agent Association (NRAA), Nevada's largest business organization representing more than 40,000 Nevada companies. In his capacity with NRAA, Mr. Rowley is active in the Nevada political process and has written and lobbied bills that now contain much of Nevada's laws regarding corporations, limited liability companies and limited partnerships.
His background also includes three years as Associate Director of the Northern Nevada Development Authority, a business development organization specializing in the recruitment and relocation of manufacturing, warehousing and distribution companies to Northern Nevada. He has also been the state legislative correspondent for Commerce Clearinghouse and for Offshore Finance U.S.A. magazine.
