Alaska is one of the few states that has no personal income tax, however
they do have higher corporate taxes to compensate for the difference. They
are ranked #26 on the Tax Foundation's Corporate Tax Ranking Index compared
to Nevada which is ranked #1. Since you do not have to reside in Nevada
to incorporate there it would be worthwhile for Alaska residents to incorporate
